Banana Bread

<3 BANANA BREAD <3 

This is the BEST Banana bread you will ever eat!!!!

Ingredients:
5 TBS Butter
1/2 C Cane Sugar (may use granulated)
1/2 C Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla 
1 1/2 Cups mashed ripe banana
1 3/4 Cup Whole Grain Pastry Flour (may use white)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 Cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (may use heavy cream)
1/3 Cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Spray or butter loaf pan.
Beat butter in bowl until fluffy. Add both sugars and beat well. Add egg and vanilla, continue to beat until blended. Add mashed banana and beat for 30 seconds.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder in medium bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Add Greek yogurt and continue to mix. Add Walnuts to the batter.
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake about 1 hour or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool completely and serve.
